Benefits Management Plan

The Benefits Management Plan provides a structured process for agencies to manage and demonstrate the achievement of the benefits from an ICT enabled business change project.

The Benefits Management Plan Guideline has been developed to assist Agencies, Business Managers and Project Managers to understand benefits management and to manage the process of realising the benefits delivered by an ICT investment.

The Benefits Realisation Register Guideline assists NSW Government agencies to demonstrate the link between the benefits delivered by ICT enabled business change projects and wider Government policy priorities and Agency business objectives and service delivery outcomes.
