People First: Governance Framework
The People First strategy sets the direction for ICT in NSW by ensuring a consistent coordinated approach to government ICT that aligns ICT planning, delivery and expenditure with government priorities.
The People First Governance Framework defines the decision-making responsibilities of members of the CIO Executive Council, sub committees and all People First Program Boards.
The People First Governance Framework operates within established NSW Government ICT policy and approval practices and within the scope of each member’s delegated accountabilities and responsibilities.
