Front-line Service Delivery

Increase investment in front-line and line of business service technologies by reducing the cost of back office applications through consolidation resulting in increased public and business self-service.

The Front-line Service Delivery Strategy currently comprises three Programs of Work.

In addition to the three Programs of Work identifed above, the NSW Government is implementing the Government Licensing Project.

This is a large and complex across-government Information Technology Project to create a single integrated Government Licensing System (GLS) for business, professional and some personal licensing.
